About Us

DollarSmart Global Pty., Ltd., is a FinTech payments and virtual banking company headquartered in Singapore and based in Thailand. Since its formation in June 2014. The company has developed an international online money transfer, collections and virtual banking platform currently operational in Hong Kong and sending payments to Asia and Africa.

Built on enterprise-grade technology and processes, and with licensing already in place, DollarSmart Global uses its superior infrastructure to deliver a faster and cheaper online money payments solution to customers across its operational territory.

As part of DollarSmart’s expansion plan, the company is building a formidable global network of subsidiaries, money transfer licenses and banking relationships to disrupt the marketplaces of Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the USA. Initially focusing on the ASEAN countries and now widening across pan-Asia, Dollarsmart is bringing to each country its proven track record of service delivery. The company has forged important high-level relationships in the region to replicate the original, successful ‘Australian to Thailand’ business model.

DollarSmart Global Founder and CEO Dwight Willis has over 25 years of online banking infrastructure experience in the Asia Pacific region and was formerly Managing Director, Global Head Technical Services, with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore.
